The Tele-Vision Project Manager will lead the implementation, coordination, and evaluation of a virtual model of care for acute ophthalmology. This role requires overseeing collaboration between Sydney/Sydney Eye Hospital and Regional Centers in New South Wales, coordinating resources, managing telehealth technologies, and ensuring quality outcomes. The role involves regular travel, project management, and the upskilling of clinical staff at regional sites.

Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, business, or project management and/or relevant work experience in the consumer/patient-client experience, or a combination of study and work experience
- Demonstrated extensive experience in project management and the implementation of projects, frameworks, initiatives and/or similar
- Demonstrated in-depth understanding of clinical ophthalmology and ocular disease management including proficiency in operating modern ocular imaging devices
- Demonstrated high level ability to negotiate and facilitate service delivery with strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Effective time management and demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet conflicting deadlines with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management, and other key stakeholders
- Demonstrated high level analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to provide authoritative advice and recommendations across a large and complex organisation
- Demonstrated experience working with multi-disciplinary, ophthalmic and non-ophthalmic teams of clinicians to implement change of practice.
- Current drivers licence (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position including an estimated monthly site visit to Moree Hospital and potentially Tamworth Hospital)
