    1. Demonstrated previous experience in providing Help Desk and/or desktop hardware support
    2. Experience managing and supporting desktop hardware, including PC's, Laptops and printers, and software including Windows operating systems and corporate applications such as MS Office
    3. Familiarity with basic networking protocols and principles
    4. Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with Help Desk applications such as ServiceNow and JIRA
    5. High level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain and recommend solutions to non-technical people
    6. Demonstrated ability and desire to work in a team environment
    7. Demonstrated ability to create and maintain accurate and up to date documentation
