What you'll be doing
The Technical Analyst is primarily responsible for the design, development and support of clinical solutions and maintains systems compliance with accurate procedures, supports project implementations and maintenance of standard operating environment across the network.
- Advanced System Design and Integration: Extensive experience in designing and supporting complex IT systems specifically within healthcare settings. Demonstrated proficiency with healthcare applications such as Electronic Health Records (EHRs), PACS, and clinical information systems.
- Expertise in Healthcare IT Methodologies: Proven capability in employing advanced methodologies like Agile and ITIL for system design and support, ensuring effective and timely project delivery within healthcare environments.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of successfully influencing and collaborating with stakeholders including management, vendors, and end-users to drive and achieve strategic IT objectives.
- Regulatory Compliance and Standards: In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, and other relevant local compliance requirements, ensuring systems adhere to legal and ethical standards.
- Organizational and Multitasking Capabilities: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-volume, dynamic healthcare environment, ensuring effective time management and project delivery.
- Technical Proficiency and Innovation: Solid understanding and hands-on experience with server architectures, database management, and data integration tools. Ability to innovate and implement solutions that enhance data accessibility and system performance.
- Continuous Learning and Development: Commitment to continuous professional development, staying updated with the latest technologies and trends in healthcare IT to improve system designs and operational practices effectively.
