Team Manager - Directory Services

1. Extensive experience and a record of achievement in the operations, management and delivery of IT Services within a large and complex environment, including relevant qualifications or the equivalent experience. This includes extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in managing directory, identity management and DNS technologies such as: - Active Directory - Certificate Services - DNS Services - Identity Management
2. Demonstrated experience leading and developing capability of a team, and coaching staff and advising managers, whilst always fostering a performance based and customer focused work culture.
3. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and associated management tools to manage, support and audit a multi-tenant directory service.
4. Demonstrated ability to develop policies and processes, looking towards automation where possible, to ensure standards and governance in the technologies is maintained while examining opportunities with other teams for service improvements.
5. Well-developed analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
6. Well-developed interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders and customers to influence and achieve optimal business outcomes.
7. Proven capacity to contribute to and promote strategic initiatives, including the capability to plan, manage change, improve performance and project manage complex ICT projects.
8. Demonstrated understanding of financial budget management and the development of business plans.
