Essential Criteria:
Qualification: Degree in Nursing
Registration in line with Award requirements: Full Registration with AHPRA
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated understanding and experience of mental health acute assessment, triage, crisis management, short term case management & care coordination and the ability to work within the Community Acute Care Team model of care.
- Demonstrated experience in the management of multidisciplinary teams, achieving performance KPIs through management of activity, finances and workforce.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate meaningfully with consumers and carers with a commitment and understanding of recovery principles in mental health service provision.
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and good interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated skills in developing and strengthening network partnerships to provide mental health care.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the NSW Mental Health Act, 2007. Computer competence and literacy including the use of database systems.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing quality improvement activities with good results.
- Current Unrestricted Drivers Licence valid within Australia
