Selection Criteria:
- Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Clinical Psychologist with a current license to practice from the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA), or qualification in Social Work and eligible for membership with Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). Clinical Psychologists must have a minimum two year accredited postgraduate degree in clinical psychology and Psychology Board of Australian endorsement in the area of clinical psychology.
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery and practice of mental health care within a community setting.
- Demonstrated skills in leadership and management within the healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate clinical services and manage change
- Proven ability to create and maintain a positive workplace culture and articulate and achieve a vision for health related services.
- Demonstrated computer literacy and confidence in using Microsoft and health care information systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in the application of recovery orientated practice principles and the practice of trauma informed care.
- A current driver’s licence.
