The Role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will implement and support key recruitment strategies across Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network (Justice Health NSW) to source candidates for 'hard to fill' and critical vacancies, support business-as-usual recruitment, reduce premium labour costs, and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs. The role will also be instrumental in driving Justice Health NSW’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and employer of choice branding to enhance attraction outcomes and position the organisation competitively in a challenging labour market.

 

Salary & Benefits

Your salary of $84,436 - $112,331 + super and leave loading is just the beginning. You’ll also have access to:
