Targeted Questions

  1. Please detail your experience in performing systems maintenance, including creating, modifying, closing and maintaining cost centres, accounts, entities, parents and project codes.
  1. Please detail your experience in managing and maintaining a Sharepoint document system, and a financial close tracking system.
  1. Using an example, describe how you manage your own workload and the workload of others to ensure deadlines are met when there are multiple, competing stakeholder demands. In your example, identify what strategies and approaches you utilised and what was the result.

You will be asked to complete a psychometric assessment (eg. personality and cognitive abilities assessments) in the recruitment process for this position.

COVID-19 Vaccination Compliance

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed an up-to-date course of a COVID-19 vaccine (3 doses for Category A roles, 2 doses for Category B roles) which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Please provide proof of vaccination if available. The Staff Health Team will access your AIR record if needed, please advise if you prefer the team not to view your vaccination record.
