The Opportunity
HealthShare NSW is seeking a dynamic and experienced System & Solution Team Leader to join our team and lead the delivery of high-quality system configuration, monitoring, and reporting services across our revenue systems. This role plays a critical part in supporting system implementations and upgrades, working collaboratively with both internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong qualifications or experience in IT, business, or finance-related disciplines, alongside a proven record in system configuration, custom reporting, and user acceptance testing. Deep knowledge of revenue systems, relevant government legislation, and a high level of computer proficiency are essential.
In this pivotal role, you will lead a professional team to ensure the seamless configuration and operation of the patient billing system and its interfaces, with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and compliance. You’ll manage system-related issues, coordinate user acceptance testing, and develop tailored training and communication strategies to support all users. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are key, as is the ability to drive stakeholder engagement across complex service environments.
