- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to consult, negotiate, influence and liaise effectively with people at all levels of the organisation and external stakeholders
- Ability to analyse and solve complex challenges and problems
- Experience in reporting and analyzing data to inform decision making
- Demonstrated understanding of financial and contract management
- Understanding of supply chain activities and supporting systems
- Ability to influence stakeholders in procurement processes
- Ability to develop relationships and understand capacity and technical detail
- Detailed understanding of procurement processes and market opportunities as well as demonstrated system implementation and management experience.
