Remuneration: $127,150.00 - $144,444.00 per annum, plus superannuation and 17.5% leave loading

What you’ll be doing

As a Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for the development of cervical screening training modules working closely with the eviQ Education Team, clinical advisory group and the NSW Cervical Screening Program team and other relevant stakeholders to improve the capacity and capabilities of healthcare workers and community support officers. This will in turn contribute to the achievement of the National Strategy for the Elimination of Cervical Cancer in Australia priorities.

Essential requirements

  •  A registered nurse or midwife with Tertiary qualification
  • 5+ years' experience working in women's health.
  • Demonstrated expert knowledge of cervical screening and referral pathways.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience in writing educational materials and content for a health professional audience.
  • Ability to work autonomously, be self-driven, and communicate project progress with the broader team.

 

If successful for interview candidates must bring original copies of essential qualifications to be sighted by the panel, and one copy to provide to panel.

 

Pre-screening questions

1.     Provide an example of a project where you developed educational materials or training content for nurses or midwives. What was your role, what challenges did you face, and how did you ensure the content was clinically accurate and engaging for the target audience?

2.     Please describe your experience in managing multiple concurrent priorities, while effectively engaging diverse stakeholders to deliver project activities, specifically in relation to developing educational materials.
