Selection Criteria
- Store/Warehousing background with at least 2 years’ experience.
- Demonstrated problem solving ability, and initiative to establish priorities in a demanding service environment
- Ability to function as a role model to other staff members.
- Demonstrated ability to make well-balanced decisions and provide effective direction to staff under their control in an appropriate manner.
- Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in the use of the Oracle System in inventory management or equivalent warehouse management system.
- Highly effective verbal & written communication plus customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages (or similar) & use of WEB Based Applications.
