  2. Degree / diploma as an allied health professional with current registration as accepted by AHPRA or relevant professional association. Allied Health professional requires extensive experience at a level 2 and nurses require a minimum of 5 years full time post grad experience and a relevant post graduate qualification.
  3. Highly developed verbal and written communication skills and capacity to influence at all levels including the ability to negotiate with community stakeholders to improve integration of multiagency services for complex patients
  4. Extensive experience providing direct clinical interventions, case management and/or consultancy to clients post spinal cord injury
  5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the machinations of key external agencies and current policy relevant to the ongoing care of SCI clients
  6. Demonstrated understanding of both public and private health care sector Demonstrated knowledge of professional and clinical issues relating to spinal cord injury across the health care spectrum
  7. NSW drivers Licence
