Speech Pathologist Rehabilitation, Aged Care and Stroke Services
Essential Criteria:
Qualification: Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
Registration: Eligible for practicing membership of Speech Pathology Australia
Selection Criteria:
-
Demonstrated experience in the management of adults with acquired swallowing disorders, and experience in the administration of objective swallowing assessment procedures is preferred.

Demonstrated experience in the management of adults with acquired communication impairments.

Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Demonstrated excellent time management and organisational skills.

Demonstrated knowledge of the principles of Evidence Based Practice, commitment to professional development and experience in quality management or research.

Experience in working in both acute care and rehabilitation settings.

Experience in providing speech pathology services to stroke and aged care populations.

Current driver's license
