Speech Pathologist Level 4 - Unit Head, Paediatrics
Selection Criteria:
1. Tertiary degree in speech pathology (or equivalent) with eligibility for practicing membership of speech pathology Australia.
2. Extensive post graduate clinical experience and able to demonstrate advanced clinical knowledge and skills in paediatric speech pathology areas.
3. Demonstrated experience supervising staff, including leading staff services, and managing staff conflict, and overseeing team performance.
4. Demonstrated leadership in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of local service delivery incorporating quality improvement processes.
5. Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of computer literacy.
6. Demonstrated commitment to evidence based practice and experience incorporating EBP into service evaluation or redesign.
7. Demonstrated experience in the management of speech pathology services.
8. Current unrestricted drivers licence (minimum P2)and willingness to travel for work purposes.
