Our Aged Care Services team brings together the expertise of a Nurse Unit Manager, Allied Health professionals, Transitional Aged Care Program (TACP) staff, Aged Care Assessors, and Psychogeriatric specialists—all working together to make a real difference every day.
You won’t be on your own—you’ll have the ongoing support of a fellow Speech Pathologist based at Wingham Community Hospital, keeping you connected, supported, and confident in your clinical decision-making.
About the role:
Make every interaction count as a valued Speech Pathologist in our Aged Care Service. Your days will be filled with variety and purpose—delivering comprehensive assessments, tailored treatments, and meaningful interventions that support independence, participation, and quality of life for older clients.|

About you:
We’re looking for a compassionate and driven clinician who:
- Brings solid experience in aged care and/or rehabilitation
- Has exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Embraces feedback and continuous learning
- Works well independently and thrives in a collaborative team environment
Requirements:
- Recognised qualification in Speech Pathology
- Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Experience delivering speech pathology services in aged care or a related field

* Based on a minimum 18-month commitment to the position or the agreed duration of your contract. All payments to part-time and contract employees will be made on a pro-rata basis in accordance with the terms of your contract, including any approved extensions. Please note: if your contract ends before the agreed completion date, you may be required to repay a portion of the incentive.
