The Adult Survivors Program aims to improve outcomes for adult survivors of child sexual abuse, with a particular focus on survivors of complex trauma with mental health and alcohol and other drug support needs.  The program model takes a hybrid strategic-clinical approach.

This role will provide advanced leadership and advice on high-quality therapeutic and clinical practice with adult survivors that promotes an evidence-based shift towards flexible, responsive, needs-based and client-centred clinical practice and away from more traditional medical, diagnostic, treatment and referral approaches. This role is expected to hold a small client load to maintain clinical currency and will manage and supervise relevant clinical staff as local staffing for the new model is identified.
