Selection Criteria

  1. Demonstrated recent experience working in the hospital setting with understanding of both paper-based and electronic documentation processes across multidisciplinary teams in the clinical setting.
  2. Demonstrated knowledge of change management and/or quality improvement principles and methodologies, with previous experience in leading change together with evidence of achieving large-scale organisational change.
  3. Demonstrated exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to give presentations, engage clinicians, negotiate change, and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
  4. Demonstrated active listening, problem solving with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  5. Proven team player with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work and lead with and through others.
  6. Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities and achieve tight deadlines.
  7. Demonstrated experience utilising project management approaches and tools to support the successful delivery of each phase of the project lifecycle.
  8. Prior experience in using an electronic medical record system with an understanding of and commitment to eMR and benefits.
