This position provides management, leadership, guidance and supervision to the Shoalhaven Community Mental Health Services (Nowra / Ulladulla), the Suicide Prevention Outreach Team (SPOT), RAMHP Coordinator and Disaster Recovery within the Mental Health Services, Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District.
  
In conjunction with the Director of Mental Health Services and Operations Manager (Wollongong Inpatient, Adult Community, Emergency, and Older Persons) this position is responsible for planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of services, systems and policies that support the delivery and coordination of recovery focused care for adult persons with mental health issues, including those with complex and multiple needs in both community and inpatient services.
