- Tertiary qualifications in a health-related field (or equivalent practical experience), together with clinical experience.
- High level skills and experience in project management, improvement and change management.
- Superior detailed knowledge of clinical redesign and familiarity with other improvement methodologies that can be used to implement change.
- Demonstrated strong ability to form effective working relationships with senior clinicians, senior managers and external partners.
