Essential Criteria:

Qualification: Relevant tertiary qualifications including Behavioural Science, Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or equivalent

Selection Criteria:

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications including Behavioural Science, Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or equivalent and holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to work towards this.
  2. Demonstrated experience working in Men’s Behaviour Change Programs and the ability to work collaboratively with other organisations / services in the sector to achieve desired outcomes.
  3. Demonstrated understanding of the nature, dynamics and impact of domestic and family violence and its impact on women and children and their relevance to health service delivery
  4. Demonstrated high level ability to critically analyse current issues and trends and proven experience and skills in the development and delivery of state wide training programs in Men’s Domestic & Family Violence Intervention and / or Men’s Behaviour Change.
  5. Demonstrated understanding of cultural competency and applying culturally safe practices in the workplace
  6. Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment, with a demonstrated ability to work to deadlines, to manage and complete resource development/policy review/project management and have high level communication skills
  7. Excellent organisational skills with competency in computer programs such as Word, PowerPoint, email systems and training equipment
  8. Willingness to travel within NSW and has a current driver’s licence valid in NSW
