How to Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

  1. Must hold a bachelor or post graduate degree in speech pathology which is accredited as eligible for membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
  2. Extensive post graduate experience working in NICU and paediatric feeding and dysphagia  caseloads demonstrating advanced clinical knowledge and skills in assessment and management. This  includes a developmental care focus.
  3. Demonstrated experience supervising staff and/or students
  4. Demonstrated leadership in the planning, implementation and evaluation of local service delivery incorporating the quality improvement process.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer literacy and time management.
  6. Demonstrated experience in providing consultation and education to colleagues and external parties that adheres to EBP principles.
  7. Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.

To be eligible for permanent appointment to a position in NSW Health, you must have an Australian citizenship or permanent Australian residency.
