About the Role
You will be based at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. It is one of the nation’s most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history of serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities. Our facilities and services are world class and our staff are dedicated, innovative and caring.
Provide senior clinical leadership within Social Work service provision including optimisation of patient/client care delivery, as well as supporting the mentoring and development of staff working in grief, bereavement and end of life care. May be required to provide supervision and direction to Level 1/2 staff, students, allied health assistants and students in accordance with the award.

Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor or post graduate degree in Social Work that provides eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- Advanced clinical knowledge, skill and significant clinical experience in the provision of social work, with experience at Level 2 or higher.
- Ability to independently problem solve, apply professional and ethical boundaries when working with complex situations as per of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in the provision of clinical supervision, mentoring and development of junior staff and students.
- Holds a current NSW Driver Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
