Senior Project Officer Quality

Target Questions:
1. Tell me about a project you managed which was particularly difficult or involved unexpected change and variance from the plan. Go into detail and explain how you overcame the difficulties.
2. Describe a project that you worked on that required input from people at different levels in the organisation. What challenges did you encounter? How would you approach the task differently next time?
