Senior Project Manager

1. Extensive experience in project management practises in a large and complex/diverse service industry organisation, including relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
2. A minimum level qualification of PRINCE2 Practitioner and/or equivalent relevant experience
3. Strong knowledge and practical experience in working with project management methodologies and tools, including the ability to scope, plan, resource and monitor project outcomes, along with agile project management experience developing software solutions.
4. Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, prepare written reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
5. Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
6. Proven engagement, facilitation, negotiation and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build, maintain and use relationships with customers and stakeholders.
7. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills with extensive experience in preparing high quality written reports including project reports, business cases, briefing notes and project proposals, and high level presentation skills.
8. Proven effectiveness coaching and advising stakeholders, users and staff on the project management methodology, whilst always fostering a performance based and customer focused work culture.
