Senior Program Manager, Education Strategy

An exciting opportunity exists to join the Health Education and Training Institute (HETI) as a Senior Program Manager, Education Strategy, in the Leadership Management Development & Educational Design (LMDED) Portfolio.
This position leads a team in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating statewide contemporary clinical education programs and resources for healthcare professionals. You will provide leadership and expertise in curriculum and program design and development, as well as education and training advice to Local Health Districts/Specialty Health Networks, Ministry of Health and pillar agencies.
In collaboration with the Associate Director, you will lead the planning, coordination and management of strategic education projects and initiatives. This includes overseeing the development and implementation a range of initiatives including large and complex projects, to achieve key deliverables and contribute to HETI and NSW Health Strategic Plans.
