We are pleased to offer an opportunity for a permanent part time Senior Policy and Project Officer in the Experience Team at the NSW Ministry of Health.


The successful candidate will contribute to the design and implementation of strategic patient and staff experience improvement initiatives across NSW Health.

Crown Clerk Grade 9/10, salary from $129,464 - $142,665 (pro rata) plus Super and annual leave loading

What you'll be doing
As the Senior Policy and Project Officer, you will:

  • Manage and participate in program and project development, and implementation that meets the ambitions of Elevating the Human Experience and other relevant organisational policies and strategies.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on patient and staff (human) experience while providing advice and support to manage experience-related challenges.
  • Engage a diverse range of key stakeholders, including consumers, carers and community members.
  • Participate in research and evaluation of systems, programs, policies, and procedures to develop recommendations that improve management of enterprise and operational-level experience risks and opportunities.
