What you will bring to the role
- Degree in Physiotherapy and National Physiotherapy Registration with AHPRA.
- Significant post graduate clinical experience in Physiotherapy, with substantial experience in Pain Management Physiotherapy, including group exercise programs.
- Demonstrated experience in staff supervision, as well as experience in the clinical supervision of undergraduate physiotherapists.
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills and ability and experience of working in multidisciplinary group settings.
- Demonstrated experience in the development of clinical physiotherapy policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and knowledge of and experience with Quality Improvement and Evidence Based Practice.
- Demonstrated ability to provide advice to service managers in Pain Management Physiotherapy on clinical service development, practice and design in response to demands and client stakeholder needs.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering patient education programmes.
