Senior Pharmacist - Medication Safety and Antimicrobial Stewardship Support. Prince of Wales Hospital

1. Full registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia with no restrictions on scope of practice.
2. Extensive experience in the provision of advanced clinical pharmacy services in a hospital setting with a demonstrated knowledge of contemporary pharmacy practice and Quality Use of medicine (QUM).
3. Demonstrated leadership and ability to work with and promote multidisciplinary teamwork in a busy healthcare facility.
4. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, staff supervision and management skills.
5. Demonstrated excellence in written, oral and presentation skills.
6. Demonstrated skills in training, education and a commitment to professional development and research.
7. Demonstrated ability to mentor, motivate and inspire both clinical and technical support staff and students to further develop their skills and identify opportunities for innovative practice.
8. Demonstrated interest and prior experience in implementation of practice change.
