Senior Pharmacist - Dispensary Manager and Rehabilitation Medicine - Prince of Wales Hospital

1. Full registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia with no conditions or restrictions on scope of practice.
2. Extensive experience in the provision of advanced clinical pharmacy services in a hospital setting including advanced level practice in clinical pharmacy (inclusive of experience as a Grade 2 Hospital Pharmacist) with a demonstrated knowledge of contemporary pharmacy practice and Quality Use of Medicine (QUM).
3. Demonstrated experience in drug distribution activities, experience in implementation and ongoing review of services, including change management, to ensure compliance with relevant Healthcare standards.
4. Demonstrated leadership and ability to work with and promote multidisciplinary teamwork in a busy healthcare environment.
5. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, clinical supervision and management skills including ability to mentor, motivate and inspire ongoing development of staff.
6. Demonstrated excellence in written, oral and presentation skills.
7. Demonstrated skills in training and education and a commitment to professional development and research to improve patient care.
8. Demonstrated interest and prior experience in implementation of practice change, translational research and innovative practices to optimise patient care.
