Selection Criteria
- Extensive experience in the provision of advanced clinical and operational pharmacy services including previous experience in HIV medicine.
- Demonstrated high level clinical reasoning skills with experience in medication review in hospital and/or community pharmacy environments.
- Demonstrated high level oral and written communication skills to efficiently interact with all levels of staff and patients.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and education in the clinical area, and ability to mentor and train others in a specialty setting.
- Demonstrated effective leadership skills including capacity to manage staff and complex workloads.
- Demonstrated ability to work with and promote multidisciplinary teamwork in a busy healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated and effective skills in service planning, implementation of initiatives and ongoing evaluation of service provision to ensure the needs of the organisation are met.
