Senior Organisational Development Partner, Violence Prevention and Management

1. Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), as a Registered Nurse, Allied Health Professional or eligibility for membership of AASW. Clinical Psychologists must hold full registration as a Psychologist and hold a Masters in Clinical Psychology. Registered Nurses must hold Post Graduate qualifications in a relevant clinical or education field. Allied Health professionals to have demonstrated extensive experience as a Level 2 or above. Holds current NSW drivers licence.
2. Demonstrated current and extensive knowledge and experience of the Violence Prevention and Management Framework and practical training components, and an ability to meet the requirements of the Violence Prevention and Management Medical History Questionnaire (provided by HETI).
3. Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills, including computer skills and the ability to research and write reports using appropriate technical computer applications.
4. Recognised qualifications in Workplace Training; or completion of the NSLHD Teaching and Learning Series with demonstrated experience in competency assessment and feedback or equivalent.
