The Opportunity

As a Network Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful operation of our network infrastructure. This includes the design, installation, monitoring, and maintenance of the organisation’s ICT network and associated hardware/software that support HNE Health’s core systems.

About You
 

We're looking for someone who is: 

  • A strong communicator with exceptional stakeholder management abilities 

  • Outcome-driven and passionate about problem-solving and continuous improvement 

  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and facilitating detailed analysis 

  • Experienced in providing user-focused support and knowing when to escalate issues 

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider IT&T network
