Selection Criteria: 

To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the below questions as thoroughly as possible.

  1. Social Worker or Occupational Therapist qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award Current full registration with AHPRA and/or eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer; or qualifications in Psychology with a minimum four year degree with a major in psychology and registration with the Psychologists Board of Australia; or current Authority to Practice and current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse with at least five years full time equivalent post registration clinical experience and post graduate qualifications relevant to area of specialty or such other qualifications. 
  2. Experience working in mental health with commitment to the principles of a consumer focused recovery oriented approach.
  3. Experience in leading quality improvement activities including policy development.
  4. Demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  5. Evidence of advanced practice skills in the assessment and management of complex mental health clients in a community setting.
  6. Demonstrated experience in the use of mental health outcome and assessment tools and activity data in the development and review of care models.
  7. Experience in clinical supervision and support of clinical staff
  8. Hold a current NSW Drivers Licence
