Remuneration:: $166,678 to $186,448 plus 11.5% superannuation and leave loading

Hours Per Week: 40

Location:St Leonards/Charlestown/Hybrid

  The Opportunity

The Senior Manager, Delivery Excellence is responsible for supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives and providing expert advice to business lines, to ensure they meet the organisation's, strategic and operational goals.

They will have a broad business mindset, the ability to partner with business and drive business strategy, with extensive experience working up business cases and business reports. We are looking for someone at a program manager level with consulting experience and/or sound commercial skills who can think broadly across various landscapes - political, financial, strategic. 

The role requires a result driven capability with an ability to navigate through business complexity and the challenges associated with delivering complex transformation, the passion and ability to rapidly analyse and provide real-time advice to senior business stakeholders that is concise clear and impactful. The role also forms part of the Partnerships and Projects leadership cohort, leading and managing the delivery of projects and programs of work and works closely with other senior leaders across the organisation.
