The Role

The Senior Improvement Officer contributes to evidence-informed improvement across Justice Health NSW by leading and supporting projects. They also play a key role in growing the organisation’s capability in improvement and change methodologies through project and improvement coaching, training and other initiatives. As part of the Clinical Governance and Innovation team, this role is focused on helping Justice Health NSW staff deliver high quality, safe care that results in better patient outcomes and experiences
