To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, Employee Relations, Organisational Psychology or associated field or relevant extensive work experience & current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
  2. Ability to work independently with limited direction as to work priorities with demonstrated experiencing managing and meeting deadlines whilst maintaining meticulous attention to detail and meet pre-determined targets and deadlines, whilst being flexible and able to adapt work practices to suit circumstances.
  3. Proven ability to apply knowledge of employment legislation, awards and agreements, policies and best practice to identify and resolve complex workforce issues and maintaining privacy and confidentiality principles.
  4. Highly developed interpersonal communication, business acumen and consulting and negotiation/influencing skills to achieve organisational outcomes.
  5. Ability to provide sound advice and capacity to build and maintain appropriate and credible relationships at senior levels and with other key stakeholders.
  6. Demonstrated experience in working within a business partnering environment, developing and implementing strategic HR solutions that align with business objectives to address key workforce challenges in the medium to long term.
  7. Broad knowledge and experience of contemporary and generalists human resource practices, including managing misconduct, underperformance, change management, employee engagement and recruitment.
  8. High level computer literacy including experience with relevant HR technologies including, Human Resources Information Systems, Recruitment Systems, Learning Management Systems and Microsoft applications
