- Degree in relevant health related field or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and work experience, and demonstrated knowledge of the healthcare system. Current valid Australian Drivers' License.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in project management, health service planning and/or strategy development.
- Demonstrate high level competencies in preparing reports and complex correspondence within strict timeframes.
- Demonstrated capacity to use, or capacity to readily acquire skills in using health planning-related computer based applications and information systems, including word processing, database and spreadsheet packages such as EXCEL, Flow-Info, HealthApp, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team in a fast changing environment.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with clinicians, managers, other staff and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated organisational skills, a commitment to maintaining high standards of professional conduct, and ability to exercise judgement and take initiative.
