Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in health service or related area and/or professional experience in health service planning
- Demonstrated broad experience in health services
- Experience in planning of health services and/or health capital developments
- Understanding of NSW Ministry of Health policies particularly as relates to health service and capital development planning and evidence based models of care
- Demonstrated high level oral and written communication skills including ability to effectively present and share information, and to produce complex reports, business cases and submissions in a timely manner
- Demonstrated high level negotiation and interpersonal skills including ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders such as senior management, clinicians, partner organisations, community members, consumers and non- government organisations; and to appropriately represent WSLHD’s interests and perspectives
- Demonstrated high-level analytical and project management skills including capability to extract, analyse and compile high quality data and information to support decision making and planning processes across LHD services and facilities
- Current NSW Drivers Licence C Class and be willing to use it for work purposes
