The Role
Reporting to the District Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager we are looking for a Senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing Partner who can drive positive change, influence culture and partner closely with workers, managers and executives to embed safety at every level. This is an exciting opportunity to join SESLHD after some recent team movements and the opportunity to mentor and manage a direct report at a pivotal time of growth and transformation, where safety isn’t just a box to tick — it’s a true priority.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a minimum of Cert IV qualification in WHS or similar qualifications along with relevant experience in a large diverse organisation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
