Selection Criteria

  1. Extensive experience in general office and customer service duties
  2. Demonstrated organisational, analytical and problem solving skills
  3. High level IT skills and experience with software packages including financial and human resource management systems, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel; understanding of informational databases and statistical analysis skills
  4. Experience in designing, implementing and evaluating data quality and process improvement activities and understanding of NSQHS accreditation standards
  5. Demonstrated advanced verbal communication and report-writing skills
  6. Public contact skills and capacity to communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  7. Understanding of the harm reduction approach and non-judgmental attitude towards KRC's target populations
  8. Flexibility and ability to tolerate uncertainty in a sometimes unpredictable and challenging work environment, and willingness to work late evenings and weekend shifts as required
