Selection Criteria
- Extensive experience in financial business partnering in a diverse service industry organisation, including relevant qualification or equivalent. This includes extensive experience and knowledge in providing specialist financial advice and commercial acumen to influence the achievement of optimal financial and business outcomes.
- Substantial experience in developing and implementing business processes, ensuring adherence to standard processes and/or government legislation in a large and complex organisation.
- Superior analytical skills including demonstrated experience in complex financial analysis.
- Demonstrated ability in the commitment to continuous improvement in developing innovative solutions to complex problems to drive financial and business performance
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing projects including the management of multiple and concurrent projects with conflicting milestones and deadlines
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills including experience consulting with and influencing stakeholders to promote, communicate and implement change and improvement initiatives
- High-level verbal and written communications and well-developed interpersonal skills with experience in the preparation of complex correspondence such as briefings, business cases and reports and providing coaching and guidance to staff and managers
