- Recognised Degree in Diversional Therapy or other qualification deemed appropriate by the employer, which provides eligibility for membership with the Australian Recreational Therapy Association.
- Demonstrated advanced clinical skills and significant experience in the provision of evidence-based practice Diversional Therapy assessment and intervention for aged care patients, including Behavioural and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia (BPSD).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
