We are looking for someone who can: 

  • Promote engagement with the Innovation Exchange both within the Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) and across NSW Health, to help surface, spread and scale innovations across the system.
  • Work collaboratively with the ACI's Communications, Web and Design teams to deliver cleverly presented digital content that complies with current web accessibility standards.
  • Implement the ACI’s stakeholder engagement activities, as well as both internal and external events and initiatives.

The Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) leads innovation in clinical care across NSW. We do this by bringing clinicians, patients and healthcare managers together to design and implement new ways to deliver healthcare.

What you will be doing  

As part of the Strategy, Communication, Planning and Engagement (SCOPE) Directorate, the Senior Communications and Engagement Officer is responsible for producing digital communications and implementing engagement activities that support the ACI’s strategic plan.
 
The role is primarily responsible for growing and promoting the Innovation Exchange, an online platform showcasing innovations across the NSW Health system. The position works collaboratively as part of the External Communications and Engagement team to deliver well-written, engaging content across channels, drive stakeholder engagement initiatives, and support internal and external events.

 

Employment details 

Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
Position Classification: Health Manager Level 3 
Remuneration: $127,150.00 – $144,444.00 per annum excluding Superannuation  
Hours Per Week: 40 (38 standard + 2hrs toward ADO)

1.       Describe a communications project or program where you have had a hands-on role in project management, including the steps you took to ensure its success or overcome any challenges.

2.       Describe a project for which you developed and implemented a communications and engagement plan that successfully reached a range of audiences via multiple channels, with an emphasis on digital communications. How did you measure your success?
