- Leadership experience in a large and complex organisation with a focus on customer service and satisfaction, determining priorities for others, delegating of tasks and monitoring work performance of staff to achieve work objectives.
- Intermediate computer literacy experience with the ability to navigate Microsoft Office package, including Outlook mailbox and calendar functions.
- Proven commitment to promoting a positive workplace culture in a challenging and ever-changing work environment within a team of diverse personalities and cultures.
