About the Opportunity

As a Senior Business Analyst of our Contract and Procurement Management Workstream within SDPRIA, you will lead the analysis of business needs, processes and systems to identify improvements that enhance service delivery and support digital transformation across NSW Health.

 

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact ICT projects that align with the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) program. You’ll work with service management systems, apply best-practice business analysis methodologies and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver smarter, more responsive digital healthcare solutions.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead stakeholder engagement activities to identify business needs and system enhancements
  • Contribute to the delivery of ICT projects that improve business performance and service levels
  • Analyse and translate complex business processes into actionable system requirements
  • Support initiatives by conducting impact assessments, facilitating training and enabling business transitions
  • Provide clear, plain-language advice to technical and non-technical audiences to support decision-making
 

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has extensive experience in complex ICT business analysis within large, service-based organisations including clinical settings in a NSW Health environment.
  • Possesses strong stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Holds relevant qualifications in Business Analysis, ICT or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrates the ability to manage risk, support testing and deliver project outcomes on time.
  • Is skilled in interpreting technical detail for non-technical audiences and improving service quality.
