Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience, or a combination of both study and work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a critical care environment (e.g. Intensive Care Unit) in either a clinical or ICT application support role.
- Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to provide authoritative advice and recommendations across relevant departments or organisations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with proven capacity to teach, instruct and support staff in the use of new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to delegate and negotiate with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in the implementation of clinical projects with high level knowledge of project management methodologies.
- High level understanding of technical components relating to a clinical information systems in a critical care environment (e.g. networking principles, database relationships, integration requirements and device connectivity).
- A current, unrestricted driver’s license.
