2. Extensive experience in a management capacity within Security Services. Demonstrate ability to provide leadership effectively manage workload.

3. Current NSW Security Licence Class 1A, Senior First Aid Certificate, current NSW Unrestricted Drivers Licence.

4. Demonstrate ability to provide sound advice, provide technical working knowledge, and to make recommendations to senior management regarding security services.

5. Demonstrated extensive experience in investigation and risk management within Security Services.

6. Demonstrate high-level communication and interpersonal skills including report/brief writing and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to consult and negotiate with key stakeholders at all levels.

7. Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and effectively manage workload.

8. Demonstrated ability to participate in strategic planning of services and facilities with respect to security and risk management.
