What you'll be doing
This role will be responsible for stakeholder management, generating buy-in to the solution, ensuring organisational alignment to deliver business engagement and change readiness.
This role will support Procurement and Contract requirements for the Network.
- Proven achievement in implementing change initiatives in a large and complex service industry organisation, this will also include relevant change management qualifications or equivalent experience with various change management methodologies especially in Procurement/ Contract Management and Supply chain Management
- Experience with stakeholder analysis, undertaking impact assessments and change readiness analysis with the capability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills demonstrated ability to champion transformation across diverse stakeholder groups, expertise in improving the program understanding and objectives and leading the commitment change through collaborative approach.
- Analytical skills to interpret information and make informed decisions to achieve outcomes. Demonstrated experience in procurement spend analysis
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing timelines and priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal and communication skills with the capacity to engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders. This includes strong influencing and negotiating skills with demonstrated ability to champion transformation across diverse stakeholder groups and lead the commitment of change through a collaborative approach
- Evidence of a current unrestricted driver's licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires.
