  1. Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  2. Relevant post registration nursing/ midwifery clinical or educational qualifications relevant to the clinical area or areas.
  3. Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate education and training programs within paediatrics.
  4. Demonstrated effective leadership skills including the ability to communicate, negotiate and problem solve.
  5. Demonstrated evidence of the provision of relevant education material and programs that incorporate the use of adult learning principles.
  6. Evidence of being professionally active within the specialty area of paediatrics and adolescents demonstrating self- motivation along with competence in managing competing priorities to deliver quality outcomes.
  7. Evidence of preperaton of written submissions and reports and demonstrated skills in the use of MS Office.
